Kazuhiro Fukuda
福田 和博
Born in 1973 in Kashiwa, Chiba, and currently based in Yokohama. Completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Intelligent Systems Engineering at Tohoku University, followed by a Master's at the Graduate School of Information Sciences. After R&D and business development roles at Toshiba and Sony, he founded his own ventures in 2015, built multiple businesses, and has completed three M&A exits. Today he supports the next generation of challengers through a hands-on approach.

I decided to become an entrepreneur after realizing, during my years launching new ventures at major corporations, that Japan was critically short of an environment where challengers could connect with the right opportunities at the precise moments they needed them most.
Building my own companies, nurturing multiple businesses, and completing three M&A exits — every success and every setback became part of who I am. That accumulated experience is precisely what I now bring back to the next wave of entrepreneurs.
Hands-On Inc. delivers opportunity to challengers through three pillars: media operations, entrepreneur support, and consulting. In February 2026, I also founded my fourth company, AURAM Inc. — taking on my first true startup-style challenge.
